What to expect

Getting here:
  • All the fun is happening on campus, mainly at or near 21 Nadolny Sachs Private (Google Maps).
  • Parking for 400 plus participants, and the regular campus clients means it's a busy morning. We recommend the OJCS parking lot on Broadview, the parking lot at Kerr/Boyd, and the parking spots on the East side of the SJCC near the gymnasium.
  • Adults need photo ID to access the building, then make your way upstairs to pickup your name tags at the check-in desk.
  • Students participating as a member of a school group are to meet at their designated spot in Social Hall for their nametags.
 Getting going:
  • Breakfast opens at 9 am & Opening activity is at 9:30 am.
  • Session 1 starts at 10 am and Session 2 starts at 10:45 am. Expect each session to run 25-30 minutes and then switch: you only have 15 minutes!
  • We have 3 activities happening at Hillel Lodge. It is suggested to keep your boots and coats handy if you need to go to "Family Tree", "Furrever Homes" or "Dance-a-Tonne" activities at the lodge or back to the SJCC to start, during the 15 minute intermission and to return to the SJCC for the treats at the end
  • Volunteers will be on hand to guide you to your session location(s). Need help finding your session destination? It will be on your name tag.
  • After your 2nd session, join us in Social Hall for a treat and closing activity!
